  • Fresh produce orders are carefully inspected, packed, and dispatched to maintain quality and freshness.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India and selected international destinations based on product availability and export regulations.

  • Shipping availability may vary depending on the delivery location and seasonal harvest conditions.

Delivery Timeline

  • Domestic deliveries usually take 3–7 business days.

  • International deliveries may take 7–15 business days depending on customs clearance and destination country regulations.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, transportation delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on product weight, destination, and delivery mode.

  • Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.

Packaging Standards

  • All products are packed using food-grade and export-quality packaging materials to ensure safety, freshness, and damage protection during transit.

Delayed or Damaged Deliveries

  • If your order is delayed or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details for assistance.

Returns & Refund Policy – SRIMAN FARMS

Due to the perishable nature of fresh agricultural products, returns are accepted only under specific conditions.

Eligible Return Conditions

Returns or replacements may be accepted if:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.

  • Wrong items were delivered.

  • The product quality is significantly different from the order placed.

Return Request Process

  • Customers must raise a return or complaint request within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging must be shared for verification.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable:

  • Fresh fruits and perishable goods after delivery acceptance.

  • Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient.

Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • In some cases, replacement products may be offered instead of refunds depending on availability.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
